Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Sunday, 8:00am-8:00pm
• Job Setting: Urgent Care 
• Types of Cases: Cold/flu symptoms, rashes, abrasions, lacerations, sprains, minor burns, splinting, X-rays/EKGs, drawing blood, I&Ds. High acuity cases referred to local ER. Must be comfortable seeing patients of all ages including pediatrics (6 months and older).
• Credentialing:

Minimum Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of urgent care experience or 1 year of emergency medicine experience
• Additional Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working independently (no supervision)
  • Must be comfortable with orthopedic procedures (splinting) and wound care
  • Must be comfortable seeing pediatric patients (6 months and older)
  • Drive-in candidates only - within a 2-3 hour radius
  • Providers must be willing to travel between sites (no more than 30 miles apart)
  • 5 FTE providers needed
• Submission Requirements: When submitting, please indicate provider's comfort level with the following:
  • Suturing/Wound Care/I&Ds
  • Splinting
  • X-Rays/EKGs
  • Drawing Blood/IVs
  • Working Independently
  • Pediatrics
