Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: Day 8
Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00
This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.
Details and requirements for this opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
- Practice Setting: Outpatient
- Type of cases and required procedures: Patient exams and treatment planning (chemo prescribing, documentation, and billing).
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Epic
- Certifications required: Hematology, Medical Oncology, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Licensure required: Ohio State License
