Obstetrics/Gynecology Physician – Monroe, WI

Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $253.50

What You’ll Do:
- Provide obstetric and gynecologic care, including routine labor management and deliveries
- Perform cesarean sections and vaginal deliveries
- Conduct postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consults
- Collaborate with support staff and hospital teams during high-volume deliveries
- Support limited high-risk obstetrics, managing patients up to 36 weeks
- Support patient care via EPIC EMR documentation
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
What You Need:
- Required: MD/DO license, current BLS, ACLS, NRP, DEA certification, minimum 1-2 years obstetrics/gynecology experience
- Preferred: Willingness to float to multiple sites including Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe Clinic, and Madison
- Key Skills: Routine labor management, cesarean delivery, postpartum care, emergency gynecology

This hospital-based OB-GYN position involves labor and delivery coverage, supporting approximately 500-600 births annually. The role emphasizes teamwork, high standards of care, and flexibility to meet patient needs.
