What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care to medical-surgical and telemetry patients during night shifts.
- Monitor patient condition, administer medications, and respond to emergencies.
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Follow facility protocols and safety procedures consistently.
- Adjust care plans as needed based on patient needs and physician directives.
- Support patients and families with education and compassionate care.
What You Need
Required:
- Valid LA or multi-state RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (must be on file at submission)
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Ability to work night shifts and be flexible with scheduling
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a hospital setting in Louisiana
- Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
