What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered emergency care within your scope of practice
- Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and health management
- Accurately document patient care and vital signs in medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective patient outcomes
- Assist in emergency procedures and vital patient stabilization
- Adhere to safety protocols and hospital policies to ensure optimal care
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Oregon RN license
- CPR certification
- Prior ER or acute care experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- BLS certification
- Experience with trauma or critical care
- Ability to work evenings and adapt to fast-paced environment
