What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency care to diverse patient populations in a fast-paced ER setting
- Apply the nursing process to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatments
- Document patient interventions accurately in medical records
- Collaborate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained at all times
- Respond efficiently to emergency situations and updates patient care as needed
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Oregon RN license
- At least 1 year of ER nursing experience
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital emergency department
- BLS/ACLS certifications
