Position Highlights:
• Outpatient Family Medicine only
• Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
• Approximately 18–20 patients per day
• Dedicated administrative time for charting and documentation
• Multidisciplinary support team including specialists, pediatric providers, social workers, and ancillary staff
• Six-month assignment with potential for extension
• Start date ASAP or negotiable

Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
• Manage preventive care, chronic conditions, and acute medical concerns
• Document patient encounters within the EMR system
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure quality patient outcomes

Requirements:
• Active California medical license
• DEA license
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• BLS, ACLS, and/or PALS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferred
• Medi-Cal and Medicare credentialing preferred for expedited onboarding
