• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine


• Completed Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine residency


• Active unrestricted Louisiana medical license or IMLC


• DEA with Louisiana address


• ACLS and PALS


• ATLS required if not ABEM certified


• Ability to supervise NP/PA providers as applicable


• Two years of case logs required
