What You’ll Do
- Assess patients’ physical, psychosocial, and discharge planning needs
- Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Assist with daily activities, medication administration, wound care, and pain management
- Operate biomedical and testing equipment, including monitors and infusion pumps
- Support physicians and healthcare professionals with procedures and testing
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and wellness strategies
- Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Oregon RN license
- At least 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in behavioral health
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and crisis response skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience with mental health care and inpatient units
- Bilingual skills or additional certifications are a plus
