JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active NY License
  
• Board: Must be Board Certified
  
• Certifications: Active BLS, AHA or RQI
  
• Experience: APP experience in pre-operative/pre-anesthesia setting
  
• Other Qualifications: Epic Experience Required
  

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct pre-operative evaluation and optimization for upcoming surgical patients
  
• Review H&P and relevant patient information to assess surgical readiness
  
• Utilize optimization protocols and resources within the facility's existing system
  
• Identify and make appropriate referrals as needed for patient optimization
  
• Work closely with the Surgery and Anesthesia team to coordinate care
