Meeting weekly for DBT consultation team to provide clients with the best possible care. Meetings will include expanding your DBT skills as well as providing support to other therapist in dealing with challenging cases.
Providing DBT adherent individual therapy sessions for adults and/or adolescents
Facilitating DBT skills group for any one of the following: Adults, adolescents, and/or parents of adolescents.
Providing coaching calls aimed at skills generalization. Coaching call availability is set by the individual therapist.
Communicating with outside providers such as current and/or prior therapists and psychiatrists.
Collaborating with the consultation team in assessing the patient's progress and possible need for a higher level of care.
Clinician expected to start part-time and build to a caseload of 15 clients per week at a minimum and running 1-2 DBT skills groups as needed. Clinicians will need to work several evenings to accommodate our clients schedules.
