Summary:

A Nurse Team Manager is needed to lead a small team (2 LPNs + 1 Nurse Scheduler) managing home health patients in the North Shore area (Winthrop to Rockport). The team meets via Zoom each morning and is based out of the Salem HQ. In addition to managing the team, the manager sees 5–6 patients daily. Travel is supported with a company car and gas card.

• No complex care: No wound treatments or IVs – just basic assessments
