Cardiology/Telemetry RN needed in the Heart of Georgia!

This is a brand new opening with a Top Hospital that is searching for a Registered Nurse that has a background in Cardiology/Telemetry to join their team! This is a Full-Time, Permanent position.

Shift: DAYS (7:00 am - 7:00 pm) Three 12 hour shifts

Position Summary:

Telemetry nurses review data from special equipment to track a patient's heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and other vitals. They also carry out more traditional nursing duties such as administering medications and communicating with patients regarding their condition.

Qualifications:

• BLS certification required and ACLS may be required in designated departments.
• At least 24 months of recent nursing experience within the past five years in an acute care hospital setting.
•  5 years of acute care nursing; preferably with progressive cardiology experience.
• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Georgia (or willing to obtain)
