Full-time Director of Women's Services needed at a top facility in Virginia!

The Director of Women’s Services is responsible for the scheduling, assessment, planning, and evaluation of total care of female patients during the pre-operative, intra-operative and post-operative periods. Responsible for the operation of the overall OB surgical schedule.
Position also rotates on a schedule as house supervisor on days.

Requirements include:
* Licensed as a registered nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia, or Compact licensure which includes the Commonwealth of Virginia.
* Bachelor’s degree preferred.
* BLS required at hire. ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring required within 6 months of hire. SABLE preferred.
* Minimum of two years’ experience as a charge nurse with demonstrated administrative and supervisory competency. Five years as a staff RN in OB specialty area.
