ROADS Community Clinic - Compton
<ul> <li>Full Time</li><li>Hours: 40</li> <li>Employed</li> <li>Average Patients seen: 18-20</li> <li>Sign-On Bonus</li> <li>Compensation: $400,000 base salary + incentive compensation based on quality and productivity metrics.
Negotiable $30,000 bonus as sign-on and relocation coverage.</li> <li>Benefits: A comprehensive package that includes up to 19 days of PTO plus 9 paid holidays, 401k with up to 4% match, health, dental, and life insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employee and eligible-dependents and vision insurance with 100% employer-paid premiums for employees, up to $1000 health expense reimbursement per year, plus 3 paid CME days and $1,000 reimbursement.</li> <li>Additional Info: The CMO position will entail 0.4 FTE of direct patient care and 0.6 FTE devoted to administrative duties.</li>
