• Assignment Range: Fall through Winter 2026


• Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina


• Setting: Hospital


• Patient Volume: Approximately 5 patients per shift


• Credentialing: Approximately 90 days with potential to expedite


• Broad mix of obstetric and gynecologic cases

Requirements

• Board Certified in OB/GYN


• BLS certification


• Laser certification


• Experience managing low- and high-risk pregnancies


• Proficiency with fetal heart rate interpretation


• Experience with routine and complicated deliveries


• Comfortable with open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery

Clinical Responsibilities

• Manage low- and high-risk obstetric patients


• Interpret fetal heart rate tracings, including NST, CST, and FSE


• Perform and interpret Level I and Level II OB ultrasounds


• Perform amniocentesis


• Manage vaginal, forceps, cesarean, breech, multiple-birth, and VBAC deliveries


• Manage placental abruptions


• Repair third- and fourth-degree lacerations


• Perform minor gynecologic procedures, including IUD placement, cystoscopy, colposcopy, cryosurgery, and LEEP


• Perform open and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery


• Manage operative gynecology cases such as ectopic pregnancy, oophorectomy, cystectomy, and extensive lysis of adhesions
