What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations
- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with protocols
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to emergencies swiftly
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications
- Minimum 2 years ER nursing experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Certifications in clinical specialty areas
- Experience in a similar fast-paced ER setting
