Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $97.48
- Pay Package: All-inclusive, including overtime at same rate, holiday multiplier (1.4x)

What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with attending physicians and a team of APPs to provide high-quality ICU care
- Round with the attending in the morning and complete patient assessments
- Respond as a clinician to urgent patient needs during shifts
- Manage adult ICU patients, including 1-2 burn cases
- Document care using Epic EMR software
- Support a team that focuses on bread-and-butter ICU and Med Surg duties
- Maintain critical care standards without performing invasive procedures
What You Need
- Active Massachusetts medical license; PAs must have application initiated (3–5 week licensing process)
- Board-certified in Acute Care with ICU experience (minimum 2 years)
- Valid ACLS, BLS, and DEA licensure
- Ability to work independently within supervision guidelines
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
