Seeking BE/BC Urologist to join teams in the heart of the Pennsylvania Wilds. The area provides countless outdoor recreational activities while offering a low cost of living.
System is a growing and financially stable healthcare system with 8 hospitals that cover 39 counties in PA.
- DaVinci Robot
- 14on/14off
- Join 1 physician and 3 APP’s
- Large PCP and specialty referral base from across the system
- Hospitalists admit and discharge patients
- EMR - GE Centricity (Outpatient), Cerner (Inpatient)
- Comprehensive Uro Oncology care
Incentives / Benefits:
- $685,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years (WRVU tier plan after year two)
- $100,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years
- $75,000 educational assistance, provided over a five-year term
