Primary Care MD
Location: Alabama
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Practice setting: Value based primary care
Patient population: Geriatrics
Patient volume: Approximately 5 to 13 patients per day
Travel and lodging: Travel support may be available
Position Overview
Provide value based primary care including wellness visits and routine sick visits.
Deliver patient focused care and collaborate with onsite support staff.
Document care in the electronic medical record.
Required Qualifications
Board eligible or board certified in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
Active Alabama license.
DEA.
Comfort with technology and electronic documentation.
Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience within the past five years to qualify.
