Description
Employed, full-time Neurosurgery position in Arizona. Join an established multidisciplinary team that has been serving the community for 30 years. Dedicated Physician Assistant assigned to each neurosurgeon for clinic, first assist, inpatient rounds, and call coverage. Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each neurosurgeon. Dedicated Program Coordinator supporting clinic and surgical scheduling. Spine fellowship training preferred; new graduates welcome to apply. Multi-Specialty Group Employee . 1:5 Call Ratio. Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Signing Bonus available, contact us for details. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 401K. Four dedicated Neurosurgical Operating Rooms. Two ORs with Intraoperative CT and BrainLab BrainSuite technology. Two ORs with comprehensive neuronavigation capabilities. Clinic volume: 12 14 patients per day. Surgical volume: 4 6 surgeries per week average, higher while on call. You will practice complex spine surgery, neurotrauma, skull base surgery, and cerebrovascular.
