Physician-led organization is actively recruiting for a Hospitalist to join their team in Des Moines, IA. Hospital is a 600+ bed state-of-the-art facility with a closed ICU and no procedures required by the hospitalist team. Average census of 14-16 patients per rounder. Initial 2-year salary guarantee with ability to exceed salary based on an attractive incentive package. Des Moines is a vibrant community with a population over 200,000 and an international airport with flights to 35 destinationsHospital Employee, Inpatient only. Annual Salary. No Procedures Required. Self-scheduling with 23 shifts every six weeks. Shift options are: 7a-5p rounding shifts - 2p-12a swing shifts - 7p-7a overnight shifts.
