  • General CV/Thoracic Surgery (Open & Endoscopic)
  • Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery (On-pump & Off-pump / CABG)
  • Congenital Defects (ASD, VSD, PFO, etc.)
  • Valvular Repair & Replacement
  • Aneurysm Repair (Cardiac & Aorto-Thoracic)
  • Lung Resection (including VATs)
  • Chest Wall or Pleural Procedures
  • Esophagus and Diaphragm Surgeries
  • Permanent Pacemaker Placement
  • AICD (Automatic Internal Cardiac Defibrillator)
  • Left Ventricular Assist Devices
  • TAVR
  • Vent Management
  • Bronchoscopy
  • Evaluation & Management of Acute Vol/BP Issues
  • Insertion of Central Line, Arterial Line, PA Catheter, and IABP
  • General Vascular Surgery (Open & Endovascular)
  • Aneurysm Repair - Aorto-Abdominal
  • Bypass Procedures - Aorto-Femoral/Iliac, Fem-Pop
  • Endarterectomy (Carotid & Renal)
  • Subclavian Steal Procedure
• Credentialing: Temporary privileges are not available. Provider decision required prior to start.

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required
• Licensure: Must be licensed in South Carolina only (IMLC not accepted)
