Description

Full-Time Neurosurgeon Opportunity

A growing, established multi-specialty practice is seeking a full-time, Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Neurosurgeon.

This opportunity is designed for a surgeon who wants to work within an integrated clinical environment alongside specialists in interventional pain management, orthopedics, neurology, rehabilitation, chiropractic care, and advanced diagnostics.

The Opportunity:
The Neurosurgeon will primarily evaluate and treat patients with cervical and lumbar spine pathology, including conditions requiring surgical intervention.

This is a predominantly spine-focused position. Intracranial and brain surgery are not a meaningful component of the role. Close collaboration with neurology is important, particularly for patients with overlapping neurological symptoms, traumatic injuries, concussion or TBI concerns, and complex diagnostic presentations.

Responsibilities include:
Outpatient consultations
Surgical case management
Cervical and lumbar spine procedures
Postoperative care and follow-up
Operative and non-operative treatment planning
Collaboration with the broader clinical team
Most importantly, the position is structured to allow the surgeon to focus on medicine while an experienced team handles the operational details.

A Physician-Focused Practice Environment:
The successful candidate will receive comprehensive support, including:
Dedicated advanced practice provider support
Dedicated medical assistant support
Patient scheduling and coordination
Surgical scheduling and case coordination
Referral and patient-flow management
Documentation and workflow assistance
Administrative and operational management
Established practice-management infrastructure
Focus on the medicine. Leave everything else to the team.

Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate must be:
Board Certified in Neurosurgery
Fellowship Trained
Experienced in cervical and lumbar spine surgery
Comfortable managing complex spinal pathology
Experienced in operative and non-operative clinical decision-making
Comfortable collaborating with neurology, interventional pain management, orthopedics, and other specialties
An effective communicator with patients, referring providers, and clinical colleagues
Committed to thorough documentation and high-quality patient care
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the applicable practice states
Experience with traumatic spine injuries, motor vehicle collision patients, and medical-legal cases is beneficial but not required.

Compensation and Practice Advantages

This opportunity offers:
$1,000,000 annual salary
Existing patient volume and referral infrastructure
A predominantly spine-focused surgical population
Multi-specialty physician collaboration
Surgical and procedural opportunities
Dedicated advanced practice provider and medical assistant support
Centralized scheduling and administrative support
Advanced diagnostic capabilities
Established operational infrastructure
Opportunities to expand spine and neurological service lines
Rather than spending time building a practice, managing staff, resolving scheduling problems, or overseeing day-to-day operations, the successful candidate can step into an established organization designed to support a productive neurosurgical practice.

Position Summary:
Full-Time Neurosurgeon
Board Certified | Fellowship Trained | Spine Focused
$1,000,000 Annual Salary

If you are looking for an opportunity to practice neurosurgery without having to run the business of neurosurgery, we welcome a confidential conversation.

Focus on the medicine. We’ll handle everything else.
