Contract: 6 months with option to renew

Schedule: 5 days per week; may include weekends; arrival 6:30 AM; typical exits 1:00 PM, 3:00 PM, or 6:00 PM; typically 40 to 45 hours per week

Call: No call, no nights, no holidays

Travel and Lodging: Full travel is available based on provider availability

EMR: Paper

Position Overview

Anesthesiologist coverage with a high emphasis on regional anesthesia skills

Must be extremely proficient with nerve blocks

Case mix includes endoscopy, urology, orthopedics, spine, podiatry, GYN, general surgery, ophthalmology, ENT

Required Qualifications

Active Indiana license (Kentucky license may be accepted for this practice)

Board certified

BLS and ACLS

DEA

Credentialing

Temporary privileges noted; estimated credentialing timeframe 7 days
