What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct patient care for pediatric to geriatric populations in a Med/Surg setting
- Formulate and revise individual care plans based on patient assessments
- Monitor patient progress and recognize abnormal data to inform treatment decisions
- Administer medications and document all care activities accurately in EPIC EMR
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Educate patients and families on treatment, recovery, and health management
- Prioritize tasks and manage a diverse caseload efficiently during night shifts
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in the state of New Hampshire
- Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience
- Ability to work nights and adhere to posted schedules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
