What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality emergency care to diverse patient populations, including pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patient needs in a fast-paced ER environment
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders and protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Support patient and family education about treatment plans and post-discharge care
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license or eligible for Ohio licensing
- 2+ years experience in ER, ER Holding, or MS/Tele units
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and PALS
Preferred:
- Experience working night shifts in busy ER settings
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
