Registered Nurse - ICU | Kenner, LA | Night Shift 12 Hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide safe, high-quality care to ICU patients, adapting to specific patient needs and conditions.
- Effectively utilize the nursing process for patient assessment, planning, and intervention.
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Document patient care and progress accurately using EPIC software.
- Assist with patient education, discharge planning, and ongoing assessments.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols.
What You Need:
Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association
- CPI certification (within the last 12 months)
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience
- Proficiency in EPIC documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Experience in high-acuity or critical care units
- Additional certifications in clinical specialties
