What You’ll Do
- Provide patient-centered care utilizing the nursing process within the scope of practice
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care strategies
- Delegate tasks effectively to licensed and ancillary team members
- Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, families, and team members
- Document and evaluate patient progress using electronic health records
- Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards
- Collaborate within interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Active RN license in Louisiana
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant nursing experience
Preferred:
- Certification in a clinical specialty area
- Strong computer and electronic health record skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
