What You’ll Do
- Provide evidence-based patient care using the nursing process within scope and standards
- Assess patient needs and implement tailored teaching and care plans
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including delegating and managing nursing resources
- Document care activities and outcomes accurately using electronic systems
- Support quality improvement initiatives and unit/department goals
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and sensitivity to cultural and individual diversity
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Current registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- BLS, PALS, ACLS, and CPI certifications from American Heart Association (within 12 months or as required)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical nursing
- Proficiency with medical software and electronic documentation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Certifications in specific clinical specialties
