What You’ll Do
- Provide respiratory care services to patients in emergency, intensive, and medical-surgical units
- Monitor and maintain respiratory equipment and devices
- Administer therapeutic treatments, including invasive and non-invasive procedures
- Perform patient assessments and document care in compliance with protocols
- Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) license
- BLS certification
- Prior experience in respiratory therapy (preferred in acute care settings)
- Preferred:
- Experience with ventilator management and patient education
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to staffing needs
