Compensation:
Tier 1
24 Hour Call (4 hrs gratis) - $3100 per 24 hours
Hourly / Call Back - $350/hr

Tier 2
24 Hour Call (4 hrs gratis) - $3200 per 24 hours
Hourly / Call Back - $390/hr

December 24, 2026-January 4, 2027
Shifts: 7:00 AM-7:00 AM

Schedule
24-Hour Call Coverage
Round on Hospitalized Patients
Respond Onsite for Deliveries
Respond to Emergency Department for Urgent Cases
Clinic Hours: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM

Patient Volume
Approximately 50-60 Deliveries Per Month
Average Admissions: 1-3 Per Day

Patient Care Responsibilities
Provide General Obstetric and Gynecologic Care
Provide Inpatient Rounding
Manage Labor and Delivery Patients
Respond to Urgent OB/GYN Cases
Provide Emergency Department Consultations as Needed
Supervise Mid-Level Providers, Nurses, and Other Personnel as Appropriate
Maintain Complete and Timely Patient Documentation

Required Procedures
Vaginal Deliveries
Cesarean Sections
Hysterectomies
Tubal Procedures
Bladder Repair
Dilation and Curettage (D&C)

Support
Family Practice Physician With Obstetric Experience

Documentation
Patient Records and Charts Must Be Completed Within 72 Hours of Services Rendered

Requirements
Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology – Required
North Dakota License – Highly Preferred
IMLC Accepted – Required if Not Currently North Dakota Licensed
BLS – Required
DEA – Required
NRP – Required
Clean Malpractice History – Highly Preferred
Availability at Time of Name Clear – Required"
