Job Description 

Explore a full-time Rheumatology physician opportunity in Montana offering a highly competitive compensation package, a four-day workweek, strong clinical support, and an established referral network that allows a new physician to build a busy practice quickly. 



This outpatient-focused position offers a $339,000 base salary with additional production incentive potential. Physicians earn $50 per wRVU above an annual threshold of 6,080 wRVUs, creating meaningful upside beyond the guaranteed base. The recruitment package also includes a $25,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 in relocation assistance, and up to $100,000 in student loan assistance. 



Join an established rheumatology practice with another rheumatologist currently available for mentorship and clinical support. As the practice evolves, the incoming physician will have the opportunity to take on a larger leadership role locally, supported by a strong APP team and access to rheumatology colleagues throughout the broader service line. 



The practice features an on-site infusion center, dedicated pharmacist and nursing support, and a team-based approach that helps reduce the administrative burden associated with biologic therapies and prior authorizations. With a strong referral network and consistent patient demand, the incoming rheumatologist can expect the opportunity to ramp up a practice efficiently.
