Explore a full-time OB/GYN physician opportunity in Southwest Montana offering strong compensation, flexible scheduling, modern surgical technology, and a collaborative women's health team. This position provides a guaranteed $381,500 annual salary plus production incentive potential, along with substantial sign-on, relocation, and student loan assistance. 



Join an established practice that includes two OB/GYN physicians and one Women's Health APP, with additional PRN OB/GYN and Maternal-Fetal Medicine support available. The group is positioned for continued growth, with plans to expand to three full-time OB/GYN physicians. This structure gives an incoming physician the opportunity to step into a supportive practice while helping shape the future of women's healthcare in the region. 



Physicians provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care, with deliveries and surgeries performed at a regional hospital. The facility offers a Level II NICU and da Vinci robotic surgical technology, providing valuable resources for both maternity care and gynecologic surgery. The practice currently averages approximately 22 deliveries per month.
