We are seeking a fellowship-trained Neuroradiologist to join this established, physician-owned private practice in San Antonio, Texas. With more than 65 years of service to the region, M&S provides the stability of a respected practice with the autonomy, collaboration, and physician leadership of a true private practice model.

Opportunity Highlights

• Become part of an established subspecialty radiology practice providing coverage for multiple stroke centers and comprehensive neuroscience service lines.
• Interpret a diverse range of advanced neuroimaging, including brain MRI/CT, CTA/MRA, stroke imaging, spine imaging, postoperative neurosurgical imaging, advanced outpatient neuroimaging, and PET/CT.
• Participate in collaborative care through established relationships with neurosurgery, neurology, oncology, and other specialty programs, including multidisciplinary tumor board involvement.
• Enjoy a primarily daytime schedule with approximately 1-2 remote reading shifts weekly and a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient work.
• Work within a collaborative worklist model that prioritizes cases based on urgency and patient needs while maintaining access to strong subspecialty support.
• Participate in shared evening and weekend coverage with the ability to read both neuro and general diagnostic studies while on call.
• Receive a competitive compensation package including:
  • Approximately $600,000 annual compensation
  • Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
  • Productivity incentives available
  • 10 weeks of vacation annually
• Explore a two-year partnership track with shareholder opportunity beginning in Year 3 and long-term ownership potential.
