Description
- Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing
- Preferred Schedule: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off for 5 days per week, 8a-5p with 1 hour lunch break, scheduled clinical hours only, no call
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient; Beds In Department: 5. Hospital Stroke Certified. Trauma Level is 4
- Scope of Work: Pain Medicine; Patients Per Shift is 15. Office visits, follow-up visits, and procedures including spinal cord stimulation, radio-frequency ablation, and injections
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Licensed in WI or IMLC; Act 10 is acceptable; ACLS, BLS, BC in Pain Medicine, Fellowship Required
- EMR: Epic
