Description
- Setting: Outpatient- freestanding clinic
- Dates of coverage needed: ASAP – 12/31/2026 with possible ongoing extension
- Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8a - 5p
- Scope of Practice: Treat both scheduled and walk-in work-related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting
- Experience: 2+ years of UC and Occ Med experience
- License and certification: Active unrestricted OHIO State License, Board Certified, DEA, BLS, DOT Certification
