Preferred Schedule: Provider Staffing model; 1 Physician 6A-6P and 6P-6A + 1 APP 11-9 daily Nursing Staffing model; 2 RN around the clock,+ triage RN mid-day Other staff; respiratory, float RN, Nursing Supervisor and Nurse Manager NO L&D- If situation arises deliver and transfer to Conemaugh when stable ADC is 44, Provider Staffing model; 1 Physician 6A-6P and 6P-6A + 1 APP 11-9 daily Nursing Staffing model; 2 RN around the clock, + triage RN mid-day Other staff
Worksite Setting: Outpatient, Beds in Department:9 (Nason), Trauma Level:4
Scope of Work: Emergency Medicine, Patients Per Shift: Varies, Rounding Patients: Both
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Must have current Active PA License, Fellowship Preferred, Must be Board Certified in EM, Prefer clean malpractice history/NPDB.

4. Where are patients transferred to for higher level of care if needed?
