What You’ll Do
- Provide expert nursing care to Patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Float between units within OSU organization as needed
- Maintain patient ratios around 1:4 to ensure quality care
- Adhere to all safety, legal, and hospital policies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC or applicable EHR system
- Support patients’ physical, emotional, and educational needs
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio Registered Nurse License
- BLS, ACLS, NIH certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience
- Proficiency with EPIC or similar EHR platforms
- Ability to work rotating nights, holidays, and float as needed
Preferred:
- Experience working in a hospital setting
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
