What You’ll Do
- Provide expert perioperative nursing care in a high-volume surgical setting
- Assist with complex procedures including DaVinci Xi Robot-assisted surgeries and liver transplants
- Maintain sterile field and instrument management during surgeries
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
- Adapt to variable shifts, including days/evenings, with call coverage required M-F and weekends/holidays based on unit needs
- Follow strict protocols for trauma care, neuro, or orthopedic cases as needed
- Support patient recovery and post-op care after procedures
What You Need
- Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio or eligible for licensure
- BLS certification
- SARS-Level 1 Trauma experience
- Minimum 2 years of OR RN experience
- Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot or Liver Transplant procedures
- Preferred:
- Experience in Neuro or Orthopedic service lines
- EPIC Certification
- Additional experience in ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns
