What You’ll Do
- Provide holistic, patient-centered care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Assess patient condition and update care plans accordingly
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
- Delegate tasks and supervise care activities as appropriate
- Implement medical orders and monitor patient responses
- Document patient care accurately in electronic medical records
- Assist with patient education and emotional support
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN License in Minnesota
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of ICU or critical care nursing experience
- Strong assessment and patient management skills
Preferred:
- Experience floating to various ICU units such as S5 TNICU, S6 MICU, S7 MICU
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
