What You’ll Do
- Provide nursing care to a diverse patient population from infants to geriatrics in an Emergency Department setting.
- Utilize advanced skills in managing IV drips, vents, and other emergency equipment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.
- Document patient care and medical records accurately using the EPIC EMR system.
- Respond effectively to stressful situations, maintaining excellent communication with patients and team members.
- Adhere to safety standards and protocols in a trauma Level III facility.
- Support patient education and discharge planning as needed.
What You Need
Required:
- NH Temporary Healthcare Service Agency License (must upload with application)
- RN license in good standing for New Hampshire
- Minimum 2 years ER experience
- Proficiency with drips, vents, and emergency procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Experience working in a Level III trauma center
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-stress environments
