What You’ll Do
- Provide 24/7 care for critically ill patients in the ICU setting
- Manage life-support equipment such as ventilators and IV drips
- Perform comprehensive head-to-toe assessments
- Interpret vital signs and titrate medication accordingly
- Administer medications with precision and care
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress and responses accurately
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- BLS certification
- Prior ICU experience or equivalent
- Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to handle complex patient scenarios
Preferred:
- Experience with ventilator management and advanced critical care procedures
- Healthcare certifications related to ICU care
