What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med Surg/Telemetry unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient care accurately within electronic medical records
- Respond to patient needs quickly and efficiently, ensuring safety and comfort
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning
What You Need
Required:
- Valid New Hampshire RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg or Telemetry experience
- BLS certification
- Ability to float as needed
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Experience with complex patient populations
- Previous travel nursing experience
