Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $2535.00

What You’ll Do
- Provide labor and delivery coverage, including vaginal births, C-section, postpartum rounding, and emergency gynecologic consults
- Support staff alongside certified nurse-midwives (CNMs) in a hospital setting
- Manage routine labor processes and postpartum care
- Respond to emergency gynecologic situations as needed
- Document patient care efficiently using EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with hospital team to ensure patient safety and quality care
- Cover hospital shifts approximately 15-20 shifts per month, including weekends and weekdays
What You Need
Required:
- MD or DO license with Board Certification
- BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
- DEA registration
- 1-2 years of obstetrics/gynecology experience
- Willingness to float to other facilities in Janesville, Baraboo, Monroe, or Madison if needed
Preferred:
- Experience with routine labor management, cesarean sections, vaginal deliveries
- Ability to work independently in a rural hospital setting
- Strong communication skills
