Opportunity Highlights

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM with call coverage 4:30 PM-8:00 AM; Weekend call starting Friday 4:30 PM through Sunday 8:00 AM (7 days at a time); Up to 15 days per month
• Job Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Types of Cases: Pediatric Hematology/Oncology; Lumbar puncture (required); Bone marrow biopsy (required); Inpatient rounding (5-10 patients per shift); Call responsibilities include inpatient coverage; Hospitalists available to admit overnight (except for new oncology diagnosis); 30-bed department
• Call Details: Call type: Beeper; Call ratio: 50/50; Call response time: 30 minutes; Call back: 100%; Phone consults: ~2 per shift; Admissions: 1-3 per call

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified required; Minimum 3-year fellowship
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, and one additional certification required
• Licensure: Must be licensed in Missouri, will consider IMLC
