Shift Details
-- Day shift coverage
-- 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts available
-- Shift hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
-- Overtime not expected but offered

Requirements
-- Must be Board Certified
-- ECFMG and FLEX
-- Completion of approved Residency in Anesthesia
-- Willing to accept candidates needing to obtain Maryland license

Required Procedures / Skills
-- General, Obstetric, and Pediatric Anesthesiology
-- Pre-anesthesia assessment
-- Obtain and/or verify patient consent
-- Discuss anesthetic options and risks with patients
-- Induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
-- Monitor patient physiological condition
-- Perform clinical interventions as needed
-- Supervise CRNAs

Assignment Details
-- Flexible assignment duration
-- Case types: General, Neuro, Ortho
-- Charting system: Epic
-- 8 anesthesia rooms
-- MD supervision of CRNAs required
-- MD to CRNA ratio: 1:3 and 1:4
-- MDs do not perform their own cases
-- Assist in directing and coordinating activities in the Anesthesia Department
