Coverage Details
-- October 1, 2026 – February 28, 2027
-- Credentialing timeframe: 90 days

Shift Details
-- Emphasis on weekend coverage 
-- Weekday availability also considered, particularly Mondays and Fridays

Requirements
-- Active Connecticut license
-- Board Certified or Board Eligible 
-- Active DEA registration
-- Active certifications: BLS, ACLS, ATLS, and PALS

Assignment Details
-- Specialty: Urgent Care
-- Providers should be flexible regarding work location assignments (split the day between two locations)
-- Ability to travel at least 45 minutes
-- Ability to accommodate reasonable last-minute schedule changes due to callouts
-- Exact site assignments may be adjusted
-- Starting Fall 2026
