Shift Description
-- 8-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
-- 10-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
-- 12-hour shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
-- 24-hour in-house call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
-- Night call (beeper): 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-- Call and weekend coverage on schedule

Call Details
-- 24-hour in-house call: 7:00 AM – 7:00 AM
-- Night call (beeper): 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
-- Weekend and call coverage preferred but not required
-- Call response time: 30 minutes
-- Physicians take primary call responsibilities
-- Weekend coverage includes 24-hour call shifts
-- Weekday coverage includes 12-hour scheduled shifts plus 12-hour beeper call shifts

Requirements
-- Board Certified
-- State license or IMLC may be accepted
-- ACLS
-- Residency required: Cardiothoracic or Trauma
-- No local candidates; must be at least 60 miles from site addresses
-- No providers currently working at the sites
-- No malpractice

Assignment Details
-- Practice Setting: Hospital
-- Cross-credentialed 3-site assignment

-- Number of ORs varies by site: 6, 12, or 16
-- Physicians work independently
