-- Procedure/OR days: Monday - Friday
-- On call available if willing, once trained

Requirements
-- Must be within driving distance to facility in Iowa
-- Board Certified
-- Active Iowa CRNA License or active IMLC
-- Clean malpractice/background history with no settled, pending, or dismissed cases
-- NPDB report required (pulled within the last month or within 90 days)

Assignment Details
-- Inpatient responsibilities required
-- Number of physicians: 2
-- CRNA practices independently
-- 4 ORs, 1 GI Suite, and 1 OB Suite
-- Typical volume: 50-55 cases per week
-- Medical imaging, lab, and pharmacy available
-- EMR: EPIC
-- Facility Trauma Level: Level IV Community Trauma Care Facility
-- General, GI, and Orthopedic cases make up the majority of the caseload
-- No Head or Heart cases
